What do we offer?
At County Battery, we are lean company and we run a lean pathway. The lean pathway will help you develop through a mix of work-based tasks and a reading list of hand-picked books to grow your knowledge and improve the way you see everything! The lean pathway is linked to a bonus scheme and the higher you go up the pathway, the higher the benefits. The bonus scheme includes profit share, driving lessons, forktruck training, company trips to visit other lean companies around the UK and even Japan. As well as these benefits, the bonus scheme can result in potential earnings of over £50,000. Starting salary of £20,807 with additional profit share on top. At County Battery Services we pay all staff the same starting salary regardless of their age. All roles will start with a minimum of £10 per hour.
