Standard Products

Warranty

We offer a warranty on all standard products. A replacement product will be despatched once the faulty product is returned to County Battery Services LTD.

If an immediate replacement is to be issued, the customer will be Invoiced on despatch and credited upon receipt of the faulty product. For customers with no credit account payment will be taken before replacement is dispatched

We will arrange collection of faulty products unless the battery was originally collected from one of our stores, in this case the battery must be returned to one of our stores by the customer.

Warranties are not transferrable, if an item is sold to a third party the warranty is rendered void.
