How to get your UPS returns label
If you are having trouble with your UPS returns label for our battery pack rebuilding service, follow the step by step guide below to solve any issue you may be having.
1. After completing your order, you will receive an email with your UPS returns label. Once you have received this email, click Get Shipping Label
2. Next you will find yourself with 3 options for getting your label, we recommend Printing the label straight away.
3. Now that you have your label printed out, stick it to the outside of the package that you are sending to County Battery.
4. Finally, you will notice 3 addresses on your UPS label, these are the closest UPS access points to your postcode.
Take the package to one of the 3 addresses so the label can be scanned and your battery can be sent to us.
